The following table shows the performance of Provider/Administrator combinations for several different key-figures. All figures are based on funded, repaid and defaulted businesses.

- Arrears rate (%): Amount in arrears / Portfolio outstanding (including amounts past due). This percentage will show how much of the outstanding loans have become past due compared to the total outstanding loans. The Portfolio at Risk percentage will only take into account the full outstanding amount when there are due payments. As a result, the Portfolio at Risk percentage is always higher when compared against the Arrears rate percentage.
- Portfolio at Risk (PAR): The total portfolio at risk for the specified provider, which can be retrieved from the MyC4 website. Please note that MyC4 does not always calculate the Portfolio at Risk percentage for certain Providers.
